Premier Carrier Solutions Inc. is hiring full-time and part-time Class A CDL drivers for FedEx Ground. Home-daily with linehaul routes out of Kodak and Knoxville, TN. If you have experience as a Class A CDL Truck Driver for companies like FedEx, Western Express, Dollar General, Amazon, or Werner, you may be the perfect candidate!

Job Type: Full-time Night Runs

Pay: Salary $1,200/ week (additional 0.65/mile over 1846 miles)

Position Details:

As a local linehaul driver, you will operate late model Volvo tractors transporting doubles and/or single trailers, performing drop-and-hook runs only. This opportunity offers a stable schedule, great work-life balance and consistent weekly pay for reliable, safety-conscious drivers.

Compensation:

  • $1,200 a week guarantee (5 days – FT driver)

  • Additional days $.65 a mile + Wait Time

  • $30 an hour (PT driver)

  • Weekly Pay, Monthly Safety Bonuses and Quarterly Bonuses

Route & Equipment Details:

  • Full-Time and part time, unassigned runs

  • No touch freight - drop and hook only

  • Night Dispatch - Home by approx. 7am

  • Home Daily

Qualifications:

  • Active CDL-A required

  • 1 year of verifiable Tractor-Trailer driving experience in the last 3 years or 5 years in the last 10 years.

  • Double endorsement with experience strongly preferred, you can obtain while processing

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record- No accidents or tickets in the past 3 years.

  • Applicants must be 25 years of age or older.

  • Must hold a valid Medical Card.

  • No felonies or drug-related misdemeanors in the last 10 years.

  • Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, login to Clearinghouse, and take a Drug Test.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate doubles and single trailers

  • Follow all FedEx Ground safety policies and procedures

  • Communicate with FedEx linehaul dispatch office to confirm route accuracy

  • Maintain cleanliness and basic care of assigned equipment

  • Perform other duties as needed
